The norelem ACADEMY is a real success story: As further training center and partner of many enterprises norelem offers nation wide seminars, training and workshops about technically interesting and branch relevant topics. This versatile and varied offer is aimed at experienced professionals, pupils, students and all other technology enthusiasts. Product training can be carried out on site at the the premises of interested companies. Alternatively, participants can increase their knowledge at classroom sessions on the norelem Campus. On offer is e.g. further education in design methodology, but business topics such as online marketing in the B2B market have also not been neglected. |
| The classroom events on our modern norelem campus offer the advantage that the participants can actively exchange ideas with our specialist trainers and experts and also network," explains Marcus Schneck, Managing Director of norelem. "However, in this age of digital nomads, it should also be possible to conduct further education flexibly via the Internet. It is therefore an important step that we now add a digital branch to our norelem ACADEMY, namely the eCampus." |
In concrete terms this means that norelem now also offers Web Based Training's (WBTs) on many interesting topics via the eCampus - for example, fixture construction, linear technology or design theory. The ca. 30 minute WBTs can be downloaded free of charge ove rthe app and worked on in offline modus. This enables participants to increase their knowledge independent of time or place - either at the place of work or underway on a mobile device. |
In addition, short, product specific micro-learning units are also available. These units, also called Learning Cards, offer a quick overview of the most important properties and functions of the norelem products. |

The new edition of the norelem catalogue „THE BIG GREEN BOOK“ is published just in time for the MOTEK. It includes a full range of around 45,000 standard and machine elements, including 5,000 new articles. |
