New branch: norelem boosts its presence in Austria The location in Tumeltsham, Upper Austria, optimises the personal support for Austrian customers. The proximity to the customer has always been a high priority for norelem. In the course of the internationalisation strategy the renowned supplier of standard and operating parts has now also established a subsidiary in Austria.
Since the end of 2019, branch manager Boris Fischer-Ribič and his team have been developing the Tumeltsham site.
"Tumeltsham is located in the middle of the industrial region of Upper Austria", explains Fischer-Ribič. "The good transport connections enables us to quickly reach our customers". From Tumeltsham, customers from Austria, as well as Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia and Hungary can be served. "Many Austrian companies manufacture in Hungary", says Fischer-Ribič. "For them, the advantage is that they have a competent, cross border contact person". |
In Austria norelem is, among other things an important partner for the automotive and packaging industry as well as automation.
"Even the niche markets rely on us", emphasizes Fischer-Ribič. " In Austria, cost optimisation is currently a major issue. We want to support our customers here in the best possible way". |
