The following section gives a brief explanation of various login-errors.

Error: User unknown!

The username and/or password entered does not coincide with any known user.

Please re-enter your username and password, and try again.

If you have forgotten your login details, please click on "Send login data", and follow the on-screen instructions.

We have recently completely renewed our Webshop. Your previous login data might therefore no longer be active. If this occurs, please re-register.

Error: User not activated!

Every user will receive a confirmation e-mail after registering. This contains a link, which the user should click on to activate the account.

If the user account is not activated, the submitted data will be automatically deleted after 72 hours.

Error: User blocked!

Your account has been blocked. Please contact our hotline to verify the reasons for this blocking and/or to have the block removed.
