| Packaging is calculated at net cost price. All used packaging material that is returned will not be accepted. We predominantly use recyclable and environment friendly fillers. |

In general we do not accept the return of goods that have been correctly sold and delivered. Exceptions can only be granted in special cases where a previous agreement has been made.
The return of the goods must be free of charge. Only items in sound condition can be returned to stock and credited.
Return of goods are only accepted when accompanied by a copy of the delivery note.
Custom made parts are generally excluded from return.
