DescriptionMaterial:Body and rotary stage made of aluminium alloy. Hollow shaft made of stainless steel. Pre-loaded worm gear made of steel. Dog coupling made of aluminium with polyurethane coupling spider. Sensor holder made of aluminium.Version:Aluminium alloy anodised.Note:Rotary positioning stages for motorised adjustment and positioning tasks. The pre-loaded worm gear runs virtually play-free. The fixed bearing in the motorised rotary stages is designed as a cross roller bearing. This bearing can withstand extremely high tilting moments and lateral forces. Cables can be routed through the large hole in the hollow shaft. With the adjustable positioning ring the rotational reference point can be set, in relation to the position of the assembled part, as desired. Proximity switches can be mounted with the optionally available sensor holder (21085-02-901). Programming software for stepper motor with positioning control available as download.
The stepper motor with its resolution of 200 increments per revolution allows for a calculated positioning accuracy of 0.005 mm when coming from one direction. The absolute positioning accuracy when coming from one direction is 0.01 mm. The system can be operated with a duty cycle of 100 %.
Can be combined with all other parts of the same size.
