Components bright.Note:The positioning stage can be infinitely adjusted in the the X and Y axis. Guide pins can be inserted into the holes D1 so that they engage in the machine table T-slot (Figure 1.1). This enables precise movement along the measuring axis. Without pins, the positioning stage can be rotated (Figure 1.2) and still be effectively secured using the slotted holes. Due to its high dead weight, the positioning stage can also be used on machine tables without a T-slot and adjusted and rotated as required (Figure 1.3).

The test piece can be finely adjusted linearly in the X and Y axis on the positioning stage and rotated through 360°. Infinite fine adjustment takes place in the X and Y axis within an adjustment range of +/- 12.5 mm. The adjustment is made in 0.5 mm per revolution.

The rough adjustment can be rotated through 360°. Fine adjustment is made at 0.33° per revolution. Securing and fixed positioning is carried out by clamping.
This is a compact model, eliminating the need to use several modules to position the test specimen.

The positioning stage is equipped with a quick-action clamp. This means that all items with a quick-release adapter can be installed and used. The quick-action clamp can also be removed, allowing the support surface to be used for any fixation element and placed against the adjustable stop. The stop can also be removed. The quick-action clamp is attached to the positioning stage using an M6 screw.Accessory:Quick-action clamp with angle element 33227-10.
